Employee development is so vitally important to the health of your practice. If you don't have a strong and stable infrastructure, you are not being properly supported. It is detrimental that the eyes, ears, and mouths of the practice represent your brand and values. Everything they do ends up as a reflection of you and how the practice operates. We provide employee performance evaluations to determine if further training is needed and /or helpful to maximize their contribution to the practice mission. Curious what all this will cost? We understand that there just may not be enough in the budget for a comprehensive practice analysis. We have broken it down into manageable solutions to suit your needs and/or budget. ALL agreements are contractual and carry their own compliance.

Overall front and back office onsite assessment. This is typically done over a period of a few days. Recommendations are provided via PDF and discussed in a private consultation.
A comprehensive practice analysis is typically done over a period of 4- 6 weeks. This is includes a basic financial practice valuation, practice-property assessment, patient satisfaction assessment, compliance, regulations (OSHA, JCAHO, COLA, CLIA, FMLA, EOE, ADA, FACTA, HIPAA, etc), social media/ marketing, physician and practice PR investments/ancillaries, comprehensive staff evaluation, hospital affiliations, pharmaceutical involvement, expense/cost assessment AR, accounts aged report, ROI
After you have had at least one practice analysis done we will stay on to virtually manage several aspects of the practice in the background. All virtual services are a week to week contract. The Bronze tier listed includes 4 hours weekly of virtual clinic consultation and 20 mins per day of social media engagement.

The Silver tier listed includes 8 hours weekly of virtual clinic consultation and 20 mins per day of social media engagement.

The Gold tier listed includes 12 hours weekly of virtual clinic consultation and 20 mins per day of social media engagement.
Interim management services and training programs are available on an hourly basis. Pricing is based on the needs of the client. This is determined after an initial consultation and analysis.
